Always Fresh Magazine

Yes! So its been a long while, i got a full time job as a ***** and ***** at ****** *****, I censored all that because i dont want to be known as those titles, im an artist always, i just need money lol. SO! Always Fresh Magazine is having a contest or an artist call out thing to design a sticker, Usualy i dont care about these things at all, but i like what there doing so i put in a couple of designs, its been a year or so since i did any digital computer stuff, but it was fun none the less...

Carrying On Tradition

After a great conversation with Skam HSA, I felt as though he was passing down the torch or proud that Phade and I are carrying on with tradition as both b-boys and writers, and how we rock old school new york style. Honestly that made me feel good because Skam and all of HSA crew are a Major infuence on my style i look to them as my teachers. Shout out to Slon, who also help me develope my style. A day with KRS ONE the Teacher at Jane and Finch!

I got to paint at the Life Movement's presenation of Hip Hop Legend KRS-ONE in the Jane and Finch area of Toronto, ON. The event occurred at 15 San Romano Way, Toronto, ON Tuesday June 9, 2009 and it was amazing! The messege and theme of the event was a stop the violence movement. The event was great open mic, B-boys Phade and Ground Illusion Cold Rocking it showed me mad love. Then we headed off to toronto's city hall were manifesTO had a press confress guess staring the Teacher KRS blessing us with knowledge im going to keep for life. I cant put this day into words! Jane and Finch Showed us mad love and i hope to do more there. Peace!

Painting in Prison!

Last Year a kid in prison entered a Toronto Crimestoppers T-shirt re-design Contest. We were so inspired Scott Mills asked me to paint his design on a BMX bike ramp with i did and is on my blog, The US WE YOU ME TOGETHER post. Scott worked hard with some people at the Center, to get us in there working with this kid along with others to Paint a few BMX Bike ramps. It was there first time every Spray Painting and as you can see it turned out great. better than my first time. Scott and I got the tour afterwards and It was eye opening! Life changing even, I even was caught off guard seeing an old friend in there. The kid that entered the design, is very enthusiastic, and i hope we get to work together in the future, Hes a dope artist with a bright future if he follows the right path. I'm just so happy to be a part of something this amazing Thank you Scott Mills for hooking this and Center for welcoming me in!
