2008 is coming to an end, and what a year it was! Alot of good times and bad. 2009 is going to be an even bigger year for TBC, and i hope for all of you also! More painting gigs, More B-boy battles, More hip hop in general! Alright now to the artwork present, The sketch is from a young kid in jail right now, who is trying to make a good change in his life, he submited this sketch in a t-shirt redesign contest. The original idea was to go to the prison and have him paint it, But the powers that be at the prison want to ignore Our friend and constable Scott Mills efforts. I was so inspired i descided to paint it myself! Peace!

Cant Stop The Body Rock!

Alright so heres something new for all you groovers and shakers out there! The day started off shaky, I was dead tired hungry and could not get any colour paints that i wanted. We went from paint store to paint store, but Outline and Bombshelter where closed at the time. Alll in all this day was not working in my favor. so when i got to painting Its was so cold that the paint was not sticking right to the surface, but i still made it work. By the end of the day i felt good, had fun meet a few people and finished another painting! Peace!

Sleeping Angel, BUBBLZ and Phade Painting

Alright, heres a painting Phade and I worked on last month, unfortunatly I didnt finish the writing. There was a moment during this project were we were exploited to the media to look like Ghetto ass kids given an opportunity by this wierd dude. But all in all there cause is amazing, they work to stop child abuse, and Phade and I are all about that, plus i want to give a special shout out to Kathy Ali, she really is the one that made this possible, shes truly inspirational!

Croft Street paint for the sweetest Ladie ever!

Today i was expecting to work on something amazing, i really wanted to paint something over the top. I brought all my paints with me. Turns out getting a space today wasnt a guarantee. But as soon as i got there i had a request for a mural on this old ladies garage whos husband recantly passed away. She really wanted something colourful and that has flowers. I would think that this request ws corny and not my style. But when i meet her, she was so sweet and she loved what i painted for her. She touched my soul. I felt like i really did something important to someone, no amount of awards or reconition can give me what she gave me. Not only her but everyone who lives in that area was so happy to see it. Mothers with there kids together enjoying me painting, the locals having fun all together, one lady told me shes going to feel proud and happy everyday when walking down her alley way. this is all with paint, something are more powerfull than anything you can control. This was the first one is with the "TRIBAL BRIDGES", representing were i come from, but it was kinda off, so i wanted to switch it up and paint it in the same style as "Be You". But then i met another artist and got inspired, i saw he was painting a flower, so i painted a blue rose, then i hated how "Clothing" looked so i changed up the style and placement.
